Our Academy participates in New York State (NYS) Math and English Language Arts (ELA) Testing in 4th, 6th, and 7th Grade as well as Science Written and Practical Testing in 4th and 8th Grade.
Unlike some other schools, we do not teach towards the test and go into “test mode”. Rather, teachers use examples throughout the year to prepare students. Our Academy minimizes the stress of testing by canceling homework during exam week. We encourage students to do their best, emphasizing effort, a calm approach and positive mindset.
